And I'm glad you took that conversation positively! (I think, right?) I believe in you, and I generally respect you, but I was in a tricky position of knowing how fiercely you guard your self-image of autonomy but also wanting my own comfort in knowing that you've done the minimum that I would do in preparation for a journey - considering the good and the bad potential outcomes, rewards, costs...

I'm having a difficult time imagining being a 40 something man planning a fun trip with his early/mid 20s semi-asexual potentially closeted bi girlfriend and being upset about having to go without said girlfriend's own girlfriend.

But boiling all that down as much as possible... I hope they're just like "aw okay no worries though can't wait til next time!" and not like "do you have any idea what you've done? do you not understand how important of a piece you are to this puzzle?"

Also not to take a hard right into morbidity but would you kindly consider like, asking your mother or someone close to notify me in case of emergency or like... mortal peril? You're obviously going to live for hundreds of years and never get in any serious accidents or anything but I mean, I think I still have a claim to be notified in case of any serious events, you know what I mean? You're in my will and registered in plenty of places that you should definitely be contacted if anything were to happen to me so I just, you know, would appreciate knowing that if anything were to happen to you that somebody would contact me immediately about it.

So new development in the apartment thing. There is one available butttt not until next month, it’s on the top floor with an ugly view of the other building. I would have to stay for another month at my current unit if I chose that one. The Tyndall is still available and I’m set to tour it Monday morn. I can’t tour the one at the amli cause there’s still people in it

For a couple of hours I was 100% ready to lock in the tynley and then came back to indecision 

My uti is improving immensely, pretty much gone. Idk what happened there that was crazy. but I’m still dealing with the issue of getting nauseas after I eat! 😔 I googled it and the only thing that makes sense is anxiety/stress. 

On the bright side, two of my meetings flipped and I have 4 others running  and I am set up pretty good for the month so I’m happy about that

I tried to get the ladybug to safety but I can’t confirm she was able to make it. How was the drama? I heard it was pretty good. Dancing was fun! Fort Worth was the best part of the weekend. The stockyards were so cool. Rayna and Trent only lightly bickered here and there but I think they were both making a conscious effort to not fight for my sake (because I told them they were not allowed to fight on this trip) I never felt uncomfortable and over all I think the trip went well! My nausea subsided yesterday and I was able to even get a light buzz (on Friday I was nauseous 100% of the day and the small sip of a drink I had made it worse so I bar hopped and danced sober lol it wasn’t so bad but feeling nauseous like that was unsettling) 

On Thursday I took a very large amount of extra strength Tylenol and some uti pain pills so I’m guessing maybe that irritated my stomach lining and caused the nausea. That or I had bad sushi. Or maybe it was the stress idk

I'm glad the trip went well, I knew it would. I'm interested to see how well you do with packing. Did you make progress on a decision for where to live? 

Busy busy week ahead for both of us. 

I finished fourth wing which was... I had personal issues with it but it wasn't bad. Kinda cheesy, kinda tame, but I went for the ride and made the most of it. 

Started a book called After the Affair which is... Oof. Going to be a difficult one to get through but the things that hurt kind of feel like the pain of debriding a wound to improve healing. Circumstances and context can me amplifiers or dampeners but the core issues it touches on are deeply respectful to human nature so far. She doesn't use language like "victim" or "cheater" or anything judgemental like that. It's a book that I think I will respect for its compatibility with my general spiritual/existential philosophy about life just being life and humans just being different filters through which life pours. 

Started reading WWYA and it's really short, I had to slow down to to not get too far ahead but it's been a gentle read so far.

I'm sure the ladybug made it where she needed to go. 

Glad the throuple had a great weekend :) a little concerned about your health but you're a big girl so I know you'll take care of yourself. 

The Drama was... I liked it. It was good. Zendaya and Robert Pattinson were fantastic. I think I like A24 kind of the same way I like streetwear fashion. They're fun movies. 

I don't know if this one was fun but if it wasn't then it was in a fun way lol
