I just saw! Thank you for sending those. I think they are the same as the one I ordered :) maybe a little disheveled lol but ultimately the right flowers. 

It took a little longer than expected to get them to you but what matters is you've got them now and I think you like them. 

I hope they found you at the right time, the right day, the right place to add as much color to your life as they possibly could have.

I was ready to just buy a new one but fortunately, when I paid extra for the specific day delivery I had an option to pay for delivery protection so I took it. It took forever but by the time I got through to somebody they were straight up like "okay you wore protection so we'll replace it for you" 😭😭😭 I was a little nervous because that particular arrangement went sold out and taken off the website right after I ordered but they didn't even want to talk about it just made a new one and sent it. It got here on Sunday.

It took me a minute to realize you're WFH next week because of SX so I'm spreading the word to make sure we get some pressure on to let us not have to come in.

I end up working through most of our holidays anyway but today was terrible, I took somewhere between 60 and 80 mg Adderall and still couldn't wake up for anything. I barely remember semi-sleepwalking to let Kuma out in the morning before coming back to bed and taking more Adderall and not waking up until 5pm.

My heart beats with yours against the creep of unmotivation. I could definitely commiserate with you about work but you're right to be mindful of how we speak. I get myself into mini spirals that could be avoided or softened if I payed attention and invested more intention.

I appreciate that. Hope your day has been a good one for you. To focus on positive things uhhhh I bought a great big fuckoff king size double stuffed comforter a while back so we know our day here will at least end cozy when it's time. Kuma's been on one today so I've been playing fetch with him mostly non-stop since I finally stumbled out of bed. 

It's been good to see him so happy, I'm working on getting stronger and more energetic for him so that we can make the most of the time we have together. It's still sad when I finally sit down and he looks disappointed that I wasn't able to continue throwing his favorite toy more than three hours at a time. But I made up for that tonight by making him little mini um... pollo asada roja? con... arroz y tortillas de maize. I think. 

He likes it, we've been really fucking up some quesadillas together lately. We're both fat.

I'm playing a game now and rubbing his belly with my foot. He'll let me do that for maybe five more minutes before he demands to be back on my lap. 

I don't think Wubby streamed tonight but I've started tuning into Kyootbot again here and there just to have some human voices in the background and it looks like she just  released a music video but idk if I'm ready to commit to watching that.

Okay so Claude does literally everything. I paid for the middle one between free and super pro whatever and it uses AI agents to literally do everything for you. Research, organize, prioritize, build documents, enrich data. The Clay connection brings in an enormous network of business info for prospecting and drilling into company data. Go take a look go go go

I know this is a little unorthodox and I don't intend to make a habit of this, and of course I completely understand that my well-being is none of your responsibility, but is there any chance you could be free for a call sometime today or tonight just to talk about nonsense or positive things going on in our lives? Or even a working session where I could try to help you with Claude and catching up on your own work? I'm doing the best I can but I just... I can't win. At least not on my own, and the only person I have is Daphyne but she's drowning too and there's only so much we can do for each other, plus she's on a flight out for a week or so. I've talked to my mother but she's not really capable of grasping the reality of what life looks like today and can't offer much empathy.

I don't mean to be a downer it would just really mean a lot to me to have someone willing to pretend to be my friend for maybe 15 or 30 minutes today. 

But if this worries you or stresses you out makes you uneasy in any way at all, including feeling pressured or exploited , you don't even need to tell me about it, just say no and I'll understand, no hard feelings.

And yay! Mine is too, she's got pretty little pink flowers and everything. Did you ever get my flower growing update pictures? I've cloned about a dozen china roses and I'm so glad they didn't all die immediately. They should have a gorgeous strawberries and cream variegation. sorry about the majority of your week, mine was mostly the same BUT I had a few unexpectedly good meetings with AEs and I had some unexpected higher level support in regards to some bullshit I've been dealing with with maybe the other 2/3 of my AEs. And my apartment complex super randomly hosted a happy hour tonight with free whiskey and beer and I was super on the fence about going at all but I decided to do it just so I could tell my therapist I did and it ended up actually being a great situation; I've been wearing Baccarat Rouge for months now and tonight was the first time anyone commented on how I smell at all, let alone actually asking me if I was wearing that specific parfum. and several people asked me about it. Then thy complimented me on my outfit really enthusiastically so that made me feel good. Then I was in a talk with another guy about uglyhot people and that wasss a fun and encouraging conversation. Went to a few random people's apartments. took Kuma around the complex to a few peoples' private domiciles and then to Whataburger and back, off leash and he was a perfect angel the whole time. lots of other little stories but ultimately just a decently good night compared to the constant nightmare I've been otherwise living with.

I did not pick up the girls, I thought their mother was going to do that :( they called me the other night crying, asking if Mom was okay, and if she still loved them, and why we didn't get to be a family :'( it was heartbreaking

At the last minute I decided to attend a happy hour my apartment complex hosted last night and weirdly got a few compliments and that was really nice to get to experience. 

I'll probably spend the weekend catching up on work, cooking and cleaning. Get a little exercise and do some reading. Take naps with Kuma. Try to fend off The Horrors.
