I know it's unlikely but I'm reaching out to ask if you happen to be having a night in tonight or maybe a rest day tomorrow? If so, it would be great to coordinate a period of time where we could sit down and dedicate our attention to synchronizing for the sake of getting some momentum going to move this whole divestment endeavor closer to the finish line. 🏁

We could take anywhere from 15 or 30 minutes up to an hour if we both respond to emails immediately during that time. Or we could take maybe 5 or 10 minutes on a phone call.

I know you have reservations about talking on the phone but I don't know what they are (other than just not wanting to see or hear me, which I still don't really get but I don't think there's anything I can do to help that), so if you feel like sharing those with me then I'm happy to offer my own perspective which might help assuage your anxieties.

To be clear, I'm not pushing for a call, nor trying to exert control. I only offer because I think it would make for a quicker, lighter, easier, less stressful experience for both of us to be able to exchange information by voice through a quick chat rather than passing digital notes through the filter of our black mirrors.

But if you choose to stick with email-only, I'll be up pretty late tonight if you'll be free at any point, and I can do most times tomorrow with the caveat that I'll be going out at some point and haven't nailed down exactly when. Would obviously be much easier to handle from home with my papers in front of me but there's still plenty that can be covered from wherever I am.

Would love to get your quick thoughts on this when you have a moment! And if you don't have a moment to respond right now it would be thuper cool of you to give me a heads up as to when I can expect you to.

Anyway, like I said. No worries, yet. We still have some time. But things get more complicated as time goes on and I don't want to darken your mental doorstep any longer than absolutely necessary 🙇‍♂️

Also, my proposals are just what I can see making sense from my perspective. I'm always open to hearing you out when you have an alternative you think would be worth exploring!

Thank you so much for the reply, I was beginning to get nervous about whether or not to reach back out to you again. Okay! Please try to keep me posted with your process and updates as best you can, but let's touch base by email on Friday after work if there haven't been any updates by then?

Also please keep in mind that I'm trying to negotiate in good faith, so if there's anything you disagree with or want to put forward, I have no problem with that and I'm happy to work with you toward a fair solution that we both agree on.
