-Is your driver's license up to date?
-Does it still list 915 as your home address?
-Have you applied the registration sticker I sent you?
-Are you intending to refinance the remainder of the loan or pay it off?Β
The present remainder of the loan is about 12k and the interest rate is (a horrific) 6.89% which I'm fairly certain you can get a better deal on.
If you choose to pay it off I have to make a request to the bank and they'll give us a quote that's good for 10 days.Β
You'll immediately have to register for insurance garaged at your current address and we'll have documents to sign.
I trust you, so I'm willing to sign over the truck as soon as the loan and lien are handled, and then give you time to consider how to pay off the remaining consolidated debts which will include fair balance for truck value minus what I've agreed to eat (which is insane of me), insurance reimbursements, Banfield charges, reconsolidation of our private loan repaid at market interest rates, and negotiated transfer of stock ownership - which you'll have to make a decision on.Β
There's a lot of math I have to do but I understand you need hard numbers to finalize decisions, and I understand if you don't want to update me with what you're leaning toward until those numbers are locked in. I am working on it will all the energy I can muster.
Update me with answers to those first questions and then ask your own questions as needed and then let me know your decisions at your leisure. There is no pressure here, I'm not in any rush and I understand communicating with me is very stressful for you. Let me know if you want me to contact you through a neutral third party for these matters instead of reaching out directly and I'll organize that through some grey-suit business person. I don't expect a response, just giving you a heads up so you can mull over your options and the answers you want to give when you're ready.
There's no rush. I know you've received too much communication from me recently so I'm taking a step back and keeping to the document. I won't @ you unless I haven't heard back by the end of the month, and then only because our insurance is expiring and we'll have to make decisions. I expect I'll be done with my part of the document by the weekend.
Hope you had a really good day, and that every day from here is a little lighter for you than the last.
Sincerely,Β
Him.
